I joined Hilti in 2016 after various experiences in B2C companies working on different markets. Marketing and communication have always been my passions and I’ve always tried to find new challenges in my working life and new ways to learn and apply my skills in different situations. Hilti has been and it’s still a daily (positive) challenge: Day after day the digital world is becoming more relevant and my role is to find the best way to exploit this revolution with the Hilti way to be, our business model.  I have been given real responsibilities from the first day and I felt that through my job, I’m making a difference and I’m very much driven by creating impact and doing something meaningful. 
Since November 2019 I’m a Global Campaign Architect in the Engagement Marketing team in Paris.  I’m in charge of the conceptualization, design and roll out of the engagement marketing flows related to the Fastening & Protection area and I’m super happy of the extremely ambitious projects we’re creating and launching in the markets.
