The incumbent is responsible for all legal and compliance topics for Hilti in Mainland China and a member of management team of Hilti China and five production plants in China in driving sustainable and profitable growth.
• Take charge of purchasing activities in new product development, localization, and resourcing projects including o tendering of new business, applying advanced purchasing methods (e.g., reverse auctions); o monitoring of changes with potential cost impact and keeping cost below cost targets; o ensuring good collaboration between suppliers and Hilti functions; o securing enough production capacity at suppliers; • Work with your team lead or the Strategic Supply Manager to develop the material group strategy;
