What's the role?
As Circularity Process Manager in logistics (m/f/d) you will assume central responsibility for the whole process development and execution of Spare Parts supply for Circularity. A key topic in Hilti's sustainability strategy, the role includes close contact with our Tool Service Centers for our customers as well as handling global logistics projects in the field of aftermarket and Circularity.

What does the role involve?
- Improvement of the end-to-end supply chain for the material-management, warehouse and transport logistics along the 2 tier distribution centres to the repair/service centres
- Responsibility for all processes around our spare parts supply cross the 4 tiers form supplier/plant to the repair/service centres and back for Circular items
- Professional project management for spare parts supply or Circularity projects, as a core member of the Circularity operations team
- Preparation, coordination and execution of SAP S/4HANA and ByD tests
- Communication with the international service regions, global logistics and IT
- Ensure documents and processes within the IT systems conform to Hilti standards
- Define and implement Lean standards at the global distribution centres as well as training of the relevant spare parts logistics employees onsite

What you need is:
- Technical or economics degree(s)
- Relevant professional experience in supply chain and logistics with commercial aspects
- Expert knowledge of multi-stream logistics and equipment service processes, in-depth knowledge of project management methods
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ByD and Business Warehouse in a logistics environment, material planning, transportation, warehousing and customs handling
- Good communication skills, especially being able to empathise with other cultures
- Strong problem solving skills, able to bring clarity to complex topics and suggest cross-functional solutions
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Fluent in English, further language skills are an advantage
