What's the role?
We are looking for Field Engineer, to join our team. This role includes technical expertise and high level of communication skills (working with clients). You will assist in achieving sales goals within a specific region by establishing long-term partnerships with representatives of design and technical departments in client organizations.

What does the role involve?
As a field engineer, you will be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the sales of specific products like technical solutions for anchoring, mounting systems for installing mechanical and electrical installations and fire stop and fire protection. This involves educating critical influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of Hilti products and securing their specification in the designs. You will then communicate these product specs from design teams to sales teams, assisting account managers with their conversion into sales. It means visiting job sites to assess design problems - as well as opportunities - giving technical advice, solutions, and support, and adding value with Hilti products. It might also mean looking into new business prospects by running customer surveys for product development and working with sales teams to develop local strategies.

What you need is:
- University degree, preferably in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Experience in sectors of design and construction
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Good communication and networking skills, team spirit
- Result orientation
- Be eager to learn and determined
- At least intermediate English
- Fluent in Croatian
- Driver's license
